Specific tool sets are required for both manual and semi-automatic chip assembly processes. Selecting the optimally suited tools demands extensive experience and expertise. Tresky provides both standard and custom pick-up tools for all die bonders.
For custom tools, we require the chip dimensions in X and Y directions, as well as the thickness. If the chip has solder balls, please also provide information on their number, distribution, and the type of chip presentation.
